1. Remove all loose rust or flaky material with a coarse abrasive or a grinder.
  2. Use a sander to remove any light rust or surface rust with coarse abrasive like 60-80 grit to remove any imperfections.
  3. Once abraded, thoroughly degrease.
  4. Activate and apply RAPTOR Epoxy Primer according to TDS.
  5. 2-3 coats should be applied, with a gun, an aerosol or a roller.
  6. From 60 mins after application of the final coat, up to 7 days, the Epoxy Primer can be directly overcoated with RAPTOR.
